Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUPT7L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SUPT7L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher SUPT7L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUPT7L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, PCPG, and SCLC are the cancer types where SUPT7L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
