Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUPT6H Mutation is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SUPT6H data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher SUPT6H Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUPT6H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and STAD show a favorable association.

UCS, SCLC, and LUAD are the cancer types where SUPT6H Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
