Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUPT5H Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SUPT5H data layer compared with 29 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SUPT5H Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUPT5H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and BLCA show a favorable association.

UCEC, STAD, and READ are the cancer types where SUPT5H Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
