Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUPT4H1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SUPT4H1 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SUPT4H1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUPT4H1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and LUAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, CCRCC, and PDAC are the cancer types where SUPT4H1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
