SUPT4H1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUPT4H1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 160 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUPT4H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-591P, MIR8078, and CYP3A54P. Each is linked with SUPT4H1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT4H1-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT4H1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT4H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT4H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
