Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUPT4H1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUPT4H1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Claudin-7, and MEK1. Each is linked with SUPT4H1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT4H1-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT4H1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT4H1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT4H1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
