Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUPT3H Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SUPT3H data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SUPT3H Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUPT3H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUAD, BLCA, and COAD are the cancer types where SUPT3H Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
