SUPT3H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUPT3H RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,759 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUPT3H-associated genes across cancer lineages are KPNA5, CDKAL1, and ZSCAN26. Each is linked with SUPT3H in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT3H-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT3H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT3H→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT3H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
