SUPT3H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUPT3H RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,198 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUPT3H-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GNL1, POGZ, and PPIL1. Each is linked with SUPT3H in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT3H-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT3H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT3H→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT3H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
