SUPT3H

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUPT3H RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,168 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUPT3H-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to alcohol, Striatal medium spiny neuron differentiation, and Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter. Each is linked with SUPT3H in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUPT3H-to-partner and partner-to-SUPT3H results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUPT3H→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUPT3H) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
