Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUPT20HL2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SUPT20HL2 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher SUPT20HL2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUPT20HL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and PRAD show a favorable association.

UVM, COAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where SUPT20HL2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
