Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUPT20H Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SUPT20H data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SUPT20H Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUPT20H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, CHOL, and BRCA are the cancer types where SUPT20H Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
