Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUPT20H mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SUPT20H data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SUPT20H mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUPT20H expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and PDAC show a favorable association.
LUAD, PDAC, and OV are the cancer types where SUPT20H mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
