SUN5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUN5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,431 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUN5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HERC4, PICALM, and APLP1. Each is linked with SUN5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUN5-to-partner and partner-to-SUN5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUN5 versus HERC4 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUN5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUN5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
