Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,128 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA replication, tRNA processing, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with SUN3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUN3-to-partner and partner-to-SUN3 results are reported.
