SUN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,507 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GCN1, SBF1, and CDC42BPA. Each is linked with SUN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUN2-to-partner and partner-to-SUN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUN2 versus GCN1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
