SUN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,772 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PMP22, DPYSL3, and SGIP1. Each is linked with SUN2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUN2-to-partner and partner-to-SUN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUN2 versus PMP22 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
