SUMO4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,237 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAB2, VTA1, and SNX3. Each is linked with SUMO4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO4-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMO4 versus TAB2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
