Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 408 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUMO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are VCPKMT, RPS6KA5, and PPP4R3A. Each is linked with SUMO4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO4-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMO4 versus VCPKMT in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
