SUMO4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP31, HSPE1-MOB4, and RNA5SP414. Each is linked with SUMO4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO4-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP31 grouped by SUMO4-low versus SUMO4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
