SUMO3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,959 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PFKL, PPIB, and RRP1B. Each is linked with SUMO3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO3-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
