SUMO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUMO3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,343 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFE2L2, KRT1, and PPP1R13B. Each is linked with SUMO3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO3-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
