The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SUMO2P21 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUMO2P21 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, COAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where SUMO2P21 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
