SUMO2P21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO2P21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,825 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO2P21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRPF40A_S911, PPP1R3E_S33, and PHACTR2_S522. Each is linked with SUMO2P21 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO2P21-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO2P21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO2P21→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO2P21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
