SUMO2P21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO2P21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 477 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO2P21-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9YP2, MTCO1P56, and MS4A13. Each is linked with SUMO2P21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO2P21-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO2P21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO2P21→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO2P21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
