SUMO2P18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO2P18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,332 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO2P18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINB1, CAST_S575, and AHNAK2_S260. Each is linked with SUMO2P18 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO2P18-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO2P18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMO2P18 versus SERPINB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO2P18→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO2P18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
