SUMO2P17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO2P17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,833 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO2P17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PYGL, CLGN_S554, and CLIC1. Each is linked with SUMO2P17 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO2P17-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO2P17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMO2P17 versus PYGL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO2P17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO2P17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
