Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO2P16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,086 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUMO2P16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ORC3, CCAR2, and POGZ. Each is linked with SUMO2P16 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO2P16-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO2P16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMO2P16 versus ORC3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO2P16→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO2P16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
