SUMO2P14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO2P14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,950 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO2P14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MPP6, POLR1A, and RFC2. Each is linked with SUMO2P14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO2P14-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO2P14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMO2P14 versus MPP6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO2P14→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO2P14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
