Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO2P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,664 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO2P13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, Regulation of double-strand break repair, and tRNA metabolic process. Each is linked with SUMO2P13 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO2P13-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO2P13 results are reported.
