SUMO2P12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO2P12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 4,198 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO2P12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MDC1_S955, NIPSNAP2, and PCYT1A_S329. Each is linked with SUMO2P12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO2P12-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO2P12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO2P12→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO2P12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
