SUMO2P10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO2P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,774 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO2P10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPM1B_S386, SORBS2_S298, and BCAT1. Each is linked with SUMO2P10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO2P10-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO2P10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMO2P10 versus PPM1B_S386 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO2P10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO2P10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
