SUMO2P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO2P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,500 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO2P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HUWE1, SUMO2, and DEF6_S590. Each is linked with SUMO2P1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO2P1-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO2P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMO2P1 versus HUWE1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO2P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO2P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
