SUMO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,832 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2O, TK1, and CTDSPL2. Each is linked with SUMO2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO2-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
