Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,627 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUMO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP85, DDX42, and CEP95. Each is linked with SUMO2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO2-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
