SUMO1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,635 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R3G_S166, PTPRC_S994, and ATP1B1. Each is linked with SUMO1P2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO1P2-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMO1P2 versus PPP1R3G_S166 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
