SUMO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,924 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFB3, MFF, and TPRKB. Each is linked with SUMO1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO1-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMO1 versus NDUFB3 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
