Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,534 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RGS2, AVPI1, and ZFP36. Each is linked with SUMO1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO1-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMO1 versus RGS2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
