Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,031 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSPH, TMEM209, and MRPL49. Each is linked with SUMF2 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMF2-to-partner and partner-to-SUMF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMF2 versus PSPH in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
