Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,153 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgA isotypes, Peroxisomal transport, and Protein import into peroxisome matrix, receptor recycling. Each is linked with SUMF2 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMF2-to-partner and partner-to-SUMF2 results are reported.
