Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,965 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUMF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHRS7, TAX1BP1, and TMEM248. Each is linked with SUMF2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMF2-to-partner and partner-to-SUMF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMF2 versus DHRS7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.23.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
