SUMF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,835 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDCD6IP, VGLL4, and TBC1D5. Each is linked with SUMF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMF1-to-partner and partner-to-SUMF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMF1 versus PDCD6IP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
