Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,448 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUMF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL1A1, LOXL2, and ACSS1. Each is linked with SUMF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMF1-to-partner and partner-to-SUMF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUMF1 versus COL1A1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
