Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,391 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SUMF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3927, RNA5SP386, and MIR764. Each is linked with SUMF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMF1-to-partner and partner-to-SUMF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3927 grouped by SUMF1-low versus SUMF1-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
