SULT4A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SULT4A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,831 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULT4A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NIT2, TNIP2, and ADD2_S592. Each is linked with SULT4A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT4A1-to-partner and partner-to-SULT4A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SULT4A1 versus NIT2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SULT4A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SULT4A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
