Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SULT4A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,999 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SULT4A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, PRODH, and SEZ6L. Each is linked with SULT4A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT4A1-to-partner and partner-to-SULT4A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SULT4A1 versus SNRPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SULT4A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SULT4A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
