SULT4A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SULT4A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 437 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULT4A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMC4, RNA5SP264, and RN7SKP103. Each is linked with SULT4A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT4A1-to-partner and partner-to-SULT4A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CMC4 grouped by SULT4A1-low versus SULT4A1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SULT4A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SULT4A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
