Across TCGA cell cohorts, SULT2B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,972 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SULT2B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to indole-3-methanol, Negative regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation, and Peptidyl-lysine oxidation. Each is linked with SULT2B1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT2B1-to-partner and partner-to-SULT2B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to indole-3-methanol grouped by SULT2B1-low versus SULT2B1-high in STOMACH.
