SULT1B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SULT1B1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULT1B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Tuberin, and ASNS. Each is linked with SULT1B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT1B1-to-partner and partner-to-SULT1B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by SULT1B1-low versus SULT1B1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SULT1B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SULT1B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
