SULT1A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SULT1A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,906 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULT1A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SULT1A1, SELENBP1, and RILP. Each is linked with SULT1A2 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT1A2-to-partner and partner-to-SULT1A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SULT1A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SULT1A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
